E & E Magnetic Introduces New SMT DIB Transformer
The transformer is designed as a Digital Insulation Barrier for Soft Modem Applications
Aug 27, 2007 - E & E Magnetic Products Limited (EEMPL), a major supplier of magnetic products to the global market, announced a new SMT DIB (Digital Insulation Barrier) transformer for Soft Modem Applications. E & E's 821-01869F is designed for LSI's SV92A3 / SV92A35 and CSP1040 soft modem chipsets.
This transformer is designed in a miniaturized SMT package which is suitable for use in the most space limited applications, such as Handheld devices and Mini-PCI applications. In addition, this transformer has already been certified for UL60950 and IEC60950, supplementary insulation such that it can be used for connecting to all telephone networks around the world.
